This breathwork technique is a 2 part breath, used for nervous system regulation, releasing stuck energy. Breath is done lying down, while listening to music. I gently guide you through the session and holding space for whatever your journey brings up for you. You may experience tears, laughter, vibrations, or nothing at all. It is your journey and it is all right.
I hold non judgemental space for individuals to explore, contemplate, and heal and attend to their inner life with a sense of curiosity, acceptance and deep care. I use many different techniques to reconnect to Self and strengthen that primary relationship, to regulate your nervous system, to touch what it feels like to live in Wholeness. Together we will pull out and look at your inner roadmap. We will look at where you are, where you’ve been and together create a plan for where you want to go. We work through patterns of behaviour, letting go and questioning our programming and our stories, which we can hold close in fear of the unknown. It is a practice to start to question the ways in which we are programmed to operate in our world, put down our burdensome beliefs and quiet the fear thinking, and hopefully start to listen to the guidance of the wisdom that is already within us. This is a space that is fully for you to show up exactly as you are, all of your parts, to be seen, to be heard and to share your story and illuminate where you might be stuck in heading toward your goals and desires so you can move forward with your inner knowing as your guide.
