This is an in person 5 week workshop. Join us for this Autistic-Led, Neuro-Affirmative, empowering workshop that offers you a safe space to share experience and gain language, resources, knowledge and strategies to help you on your unique parenting journey with your amazing children.

This offering begins with a truly life changing  12 week program for those who feel out of balance with their parenting and are looking for a change in how they show up for their children. Zoom Calls, in person available at request

1:1 Coaching Sessions to explore and reconnect with your beautiful self, your intuition, nature and the world around you using Breathwork, Sound Healing, Energy Work and Meditation.

Experience the powerful shift of somatic breathwork. This practice is guaranteed to move stuck energies, release emotions, open your heart and feel your higher vibrations.

1:1 Sound healing sessions designed to relax, regulate and balance your energies.  

I teach Insight/Vipassana Meditation to those new to meditation. It is a powerful practice to invite stillness, curiosity and acceptance of what is present in this moment.
